My name is Allan Ditzig and I am an interactive designer with a versatile set of skills that span from technical to visual. I started my career in game design, then spent a fair amount of time focused in all manner of visual development and eventually came full-circle back to design and creative direction with a much broader tool set, knowledge and skills. My familiarity with both design and art allows me to collaborate cross-discipline very effectively. My background affords me the advantage of tapping into high-level design, UX design and visual design to create successful products.
I firmly believe in servant leadership. It is a creative manager’s primary responsibility to empower, trust and respect a creative team so they make thier best work with the least amount of friction possible. High-talent, Low-ego teams backed by a solid culture is critically important. Collaboration within a healthy culture is crucial and can turn even mediocre ideas into amazing results.

UX and user stories are critical foundations of how I drive features and projects forward. My expereince in Visual, UX and Marketing design all support my efforts in High-Level product design. If you're looking for some help in these areas or wish to collaborate together on a project, reach out! I'd love to hear from you. I'm always looking for a new challenge in areas I can continue to grown and learn.
Allan is a top tier talent, in design direction and art. His level of experience in games is a massive help in defining a project from start to finish. Allan is a natural leader, extremely talented in design and art, and picks up tools quickly so he can test assets in game independently. His actions set an example for the rest of his team. I highly recommend Allan, he is a very rare talent that will elevate any organization he joins.
Allan was my manager at PeopleFun for two years and is an influential leader in creative vision and direction. I enjoyed working with him to do visual development for the game's new features and serval announcement projects. He also doesn't hesitate to share his knowledge of his Unity engine experience with me and help me grow my skills to fit the studio game artist standard.
Allan is, above all, one of the most talented artists that I have ever had the pleasure of working with. Beyond that, he is an amazing Art Director. I cannot remember a single piece of work that did not become better whenever Allan became involved. He is a well rounded, incredibly skilled crafstman that elevates everyone around him with his knowledge and his management. I can't forsee any project that would not benefit from having Allan on board, and I give him my highest recommendation.
Allan's talent for his craft is unquestionable by his peers. As I am a programmer though, I found that I was most impressed with his lack of ego, openness to new ideas, and ability to inspire those around him. In T3 Redemption, we were able to bring some very special visual features that would not have been possible without his initiative and rapport with the programmers.
I've worked with Allan on different projects at different studios and I've always been impressed by his versatile skillsets at a project level (design, visuals, UX) as well as his ability to manage and lead creative groups with amazing culture and collaboration. Top notch pro! Highly recommend working with him if you have the chance. Your studio and products will benefit.
